Support the Chippewa Valley Brigade by Shopping Online!

With the holiday season getting underway, I thought I would bring to your attention the new feature of GoodSearch.com called GoodShop.

GoodShop works very much like the iGive.com website, except that GoodShop uses your GoodSearch charity setting - so there is no form to fill out with your personal information. They don't even want to know your name.

GoodShop donations vary by online vendor (same as iGive.com) - and some vendors base the donation percentage on what you purchase - donations from e-bay purchases can be as high as 37.5%. There are currently 410 participating vendors, including iTunes, Land's End, Macy's, Petsmart & Wal*Mart. To start using GoodShop, simply click the online vendor's link on the GoodShop website. The donation amount doesn't increase the cost of your purchase and you still get the same discounts, etc. you would get if you went directly to the vendor's site. The vendors pay a commission to GoodSearch and a portion of that commission goes to the Chippewa Valley Brigade.

The entire idea of GoodSearch/GoodShop is to fund charitable donations through advertising revenue. This results in a new way for charities to benefit from people searching the Internet and shopping online.

Get the Word Out

We need your help to get the word out about this great fund raising opportunity for the Chippewa Valley Brigade. Please pass the word to your family, friends & coworkers to help the Brigade by using GoodSearch to search the web & GoodShop for all their holiday shopping!
Chase the dream, not the competition.
